Michael Horn - Founder at HGS Michael specializes in full swing / short game / club fitting / and custom club building with a modern influence. Michael has studied and played the game across the country collaborating with top level coaches. Mike enjoys educating all levels of players from beginner to professional, through a lifetime of playing at all levels he is able to help provide knowledge and expertise to help you play better golf.

Our program is led by Director of Junior golf development, James Hanson.  James came to Huntmore Golf Club in 2019 and started the junior golf program in 2020. He holds professional certifications from US Kids Golf as a level 3 coach as well as Titleist Performance Institute level 2 Golf. James is on professional staff with Callaway Golf and is a certified master fitter.  He is also trained in Positive Coaching Alliance and American Developmental Method.

Coach Jammie has been awarded the prestigious US Kids Golf Top 50 Instructor in 2021 and 2022. Huntmore Junior Golf has been recognized throughout the State of Michigan, as well as nationally as one of the top developers in junior golf. Bill Baldwin, PGA Master Professional, 2009 Michigan Section Teacher of the Year, merges traditional golf instruction with next-generation teaching tools for an unbeatable combination. Developing players of all ages in building a life long game. Bill’s holistic approach to instruction encompasses all aspects involved in the game.

Julia holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from Lake Superior State University and a Master of Sports Management from University of Michigan. Julia was a member of the womans golf team at her time at LSSU.  Julia holds US kids Golf Certified coach Level 1 along with Positive Coaching Alliance Training.  She is eager and dedicated in educating junior golfers and growing womans golf interest and creating positive and fun learning experience.
